Timber Rock Cottage is situated on the shores of Three Mile Lake, providing stunning views and direct access to the water. This prime location is perfect for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature. Experience the tranquility and beauty of Muskoka Lakes right from your doorstep, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends.  You will be provided with precise directions to the cottage prior to your stay.

Discover the beauty of Muskoka Lakes at Timber Rock Cottage. This exquisite lakefront property features six bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests comfortably. 

At Timber Rock Cottage, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. Therefore, our cottage is pet-free to accommodate those with allergies. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our serene retreat.

The cottage is situated approximately 25 minute drive from the beautiful towns of Bracebridge, Huntsville, Rosseau and Port Carling. 

Bring your personal items, food and beverages.  We have taken care of the rest.  All bed linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and mattress covers are provided.  For your cooking needs, the kitchen is stocked with all dishes, utensils, glassware, cooking pots and pans.  As well as items of convenience such as a griddle, blender, duo coffee machine for pods and a pot of coffee, bakeware and large roasting pan.   Along with a propane BBQ with propane for outdoor cooking.   

A detailed list will be provided for you prior to your stay. 

Baby items such as highchair, baby gate and a pack-n-play are available for use upon request.

*NOTE:  please bring towels for outdoor use, as we request our white towels do not go outside. 

Timber Rock Cottage has a designated fire pit area for guests to enjoy in the evenings.  Firewood is stocked for guest use, once per season.  We ask that our guests be reasonable with their firewood use.  Fires are permitted in the warmer months 7 pm until 7am, no day time burning is permitted.   Absolutely no fires may be burned during a fire ban.
