Lakefront Cottage Rental Rates
Nightly Rates September to June - Check-in at 4:00pm /Check-Out at 10:00am
$750 / night
- Three night stay minimum from September to June.
- Sleeps a maximum of 12 (including children over two years of age).
- A $300 cleaning fee applies.
- HST will be calculated on the total.
- A refundable security deposit will apply.
- For bookings, please note that this rate applies to March 1 to June 19, 2026 and September 11, 2026 to December 18, 2026
- Early check-in and later check-out may be available; please inquire about Timber Rock Cottage rates.
Nightly Rates late June to early September - Check-in at 4:00pm/Check-Out at 10:00am
$900 / night
- Seven-night stay minimum applies in July and August.
- Sleeps a maximum of 12 guests (including children over two years of age).
- A $300 cleaning fee will be applied
- HST will be calculated on the total.
- A refundable security deposit will apply.
- For bookings, please note that this rate applies to June 19, 2026 to September 11, 2026
- Three night minimum in June and September only
Payments and Payment Options
- Refundable security deposit is due at time of booking.
- Balance is due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival.
- Payment options are available, please contact us to discuss.
- Refundable security deposits are returned within seven (7) day of acceptable check-out inspection.
- For all payments, a receipt with our registered business number and license number will be issued.
**We do not request or accept any payment(s) until there is signed Cottage Rental Agreement (Vacation Cottage Agreement) in place.
Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations will be charged at the rates posted at time of booking. While all listed fees are accurate to the best of our knowledge, additional charges may apply, in accordance with our Township's Short Term Rental Accommodations (STRA) Licensing By-Law
